Choices We Make!

We are confronted with choices that need to be made every single day from simple to complex. Ultimately, our decisions are based upon options.

Here are just a few options we can choose from according to John Mason, author, “You can do it -even if others say you can’t”.

We can choose to:
Be decisive or be indifferent
Be better or be bitter
Be enthusiastic or be lukewarm
Have a “how we can” or an “if we can” attitude
Say “get up” or say “give up”
Embrace risk or security
Overcome evil or cope with evil
Stand out or blend in
Measure ourselves by how much we get done or how much we attempt to do
Oppose darkness or coexist with darkness
Develop or destruct
Obtain or complain
Commit or try
Create peace or strife
Believe in choice or chance
Opt for determination or discouragement
Grow or die
Demand more of ourselves or excuse ourselves
Do for others or do for ourselves
Strive for progress or drift
Set priorities or aimlessness
Accept accountability or irresponsibility
Take action or activity
Welcome solutions or problems
Desire more of God or more of everything else
Be in Who’s Who or ask “Why me?”

The choice is yours! Start with what you have. Don’t wait on what you don’t have!
